1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LCCM Academy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
LCCM Academy provides corporate training and enablement services in digital marketing. Our services include but are not limited to:
- In-house corporate training workshops
- Public workshops
- Consulting and advisory services
- Training materials and resources
3. Booking and Payment
Proposals
All training engagements begin with a customized proposal. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 60% deposit to confirm booking, with the remaining 40% due before the final session or upon completion. Alternative terms may be arranged for enterprise clients.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, methodologies, and content provided by LCCM Academy remain our intellectual property. Participants may use materials for internal purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of all client information and engagement details. We do not share client names or case study details without explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
LCCM Academy provides training and enablement services to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes as results depend on many factors including participant engagement, organizational support, and market conditions.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Disclaimers
Training outcomes vary by context and participant baseline. Sample metrics and case studies shown on our website represent ranges from past engagements and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
8. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
